• Changing Your Email Address
By log-in to your account in Tekonsale.com, you can update your email address at ACCOUNT INFORMATION. Please note that Tekonsale manages only one e-mail address at a time per customer. To avoid confusion and aid in customer identification, we recommend that you use a single email address with us for as long as you can. Please be sure to use the same email address you registered for your Tekonsale account whenever you need to contact us.
• Changing Your Shipping Address
By log-in to your account in Tekonsale.com, you can update your shipping address at ADDRESS BOOK. Please note that Tekonsale manages more than one shipping address. If you need a particular shipment sent to a different address than your default address, you will need to click Add New Address in Address Book to input your new address information.
Please be sure to enter your address using the English alphabet (A-Z). Accented characters and characters from other languages, such as Chinese, may not display properly and could result in your package being returned to us at a cost to you. After an order is shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT, the address can be changed, but at a cost to you as well.
• Managing Order and Wishlist
By log-in to your account in Tekonsale.com, you can manage your order and wish list at ACCOUNT INFORMATION. In MY ORDERS, you can view your order details and check order status; In WISHLIST, you can review and recheck availability in Tekonsale.
